Samsung Galaxy 3 Lacking A Radio

I have recently been given a Samsung Galaxy 3 phone which sadly claims to have no FM chip as it won't work with G4 (my backside). Is there a workaround or will I have to carry my old Nokia around with me as well until the Samsung drops off its perch?

Frequency Modulation is to do with normal radio not G4 mobile so I find that confusing. You should be able to get an app that connects you to Internet radio if that's what you had in mind. If you really want FM via the normal airwaves then I don't know but you could do a websearch for possible plug in accessories. I used to have one on my old Nokia that allowed me to receive FM. Maybe there's something similar for the Samsung.
