Mailchimp

After I had ordered something on my IPad I went to pay for it and something called mailchimp came up which I didn't want, so I tried to delete it, but no matter how I try I'm unable to delete it. I have deleted everything else on my history but mailchimp will not go away. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of something which will not go away, please?
