I send a lot of emails to friends & family but one person keeps getting a warning message coloured orange when she opens my emails but not every time. The message states"be careful with this message. It contains content that's typically used to steal your personal information". My email is just a friendly catch-up with no attachments. She is the only one to get this message. I have asked many of my contacts but nobody else gets it. What could be causing it...any ideas?

Some over-sensitive settings on her security suite....the problem's at her end - she has to make changes to her security software.

Could be her email provider has had trouble with emails from your provider in the past so is suspicious of them

I'm not surprised with your answer about her security settings. She has an old laptop that works as & when it feels like it. I will tell her to check her settings but she's not very computer savvy. Thanks for your replies
