I was on my iPad using Chambers Dictionary A-Z app. When there was a faint crackle and envy thing froze. I have switched off and on again but cannot get any sense out of it. Everything else is working, Google and safari are fine.
I don't want to have to buy the app again. Can anyone help please?

I have got it back now so all ok.

With any Apple product you only need buy any app once. Even when you upgrade or change devices you do not pay again.

So sycamore if I tried to buy it again I would not be charged?

That is correct. Also if you buy another apple product and want the same app on the new device you will not be charged a second time.
