Number for Vodafone customer services if you're using a LANDLINE please?

They don't seem to have one. I had to take my Vodafone back for repair. They did not have any spare 'loan' phones so I was left with nothing. They said they would call me when my phone was ready to collect but they only had the number of the defective phone which I had left with them.
I called the website land line number many times but it was never answered, Just rang and rang until I got a message 'this number is unobtainable'. In the end I waited a week and went back to the Vodafone shop, luckily my phone was back waiting for me to collect.

^^^probably why the latest Which? report (May 2016) puts them at the bottom (bar one- Lebara) of their mobile provider table, saying "There is no reason at all to recommend them".

I've used 03333 040101 a few times, only way though I can get to talk to anyone is to select the option that discusses your credit
