HI folks, thanks for your input on this. Will check Trustpilot later, thanks for the tip. But I've now taken matters into my own hands ,... I received an email from them this morning, asking me to rate their customer service - which I refuse to do because they have not given me any customer service whatsoever. Phoned my credit card company this morning and they advised that this company have not yet collected the payment, so it would appear that my order has not been placed. Nevertheless, I have asked the CC company to cancel my current card and send me a new one, so there will be no chance of them collecting the money nor will they be able to take any more money out of my CC account. Still singularly unimpressed with this company as their customer service is so bad and their website so ambiguous! But thanks to everyone for their input. Cheers, Chox.
