I looked at this question when you first posted it but, because the manual for the Asus Memo Pad doesn't help at all, I decided not to post here. However, since nobody else is answering, I'll have a bash anyway:
Your device uses the Android operating system, which is produced by Google. Click 'Windows transfer' to see what Google says about transferring files from an Android device to a PC:

(That page refers to Google's own Nexus tablet but might well apply to your Asus tablet as well).
If that doesn't work, the simplest way to transfer files might be to ensure that you've moved them to the microSD card in your tablet (rather than its own internal storage), remove that card and place it into a compatible card reader in your computer. If your computer doesn't come with one, it will only cost you a quid to buy a USB one from Poundland:
