Ebay Query

Posted an item on eBay about a month ago, collection only, which I received payment for.. The buyer said he would arrange a courier to collect, which never happened I emailed him a number of times via eBay and his Personel email address asking what was happening. I never got a reply. He has now gone through ebays not recieved item steps asking for a refund. I have replied to this message reminding him it was collection only and that I have incurred seller fees and expenses for packaging. Any views TIA
