Anyone else have a problem with the Foxit site?
I've tried in Chrome, Firefox, and IE 11, and there seems to be a CSS problem, insofar as I just get a tree of text.

I can get to the download link for Foxit Reader (on the right of the page) with no problem:

If it is just a decent pdf reader which you're seeking, I'll suggest an excellent alternative for you (which is what I use myself):
