I have some flats which are let for 6 months (approx) in the winter and then as holiday flats in the summer. I would like to see at a glance the percentage of use of each flat differentiating between winter and summer. I would like to be able to take the dates the agents provide us with, put them on a calendar and then see those dates converted to useage
I have both an iPad and a MacBook (the latter is new so I'm not overly familiar with it yet) but can't see how to make use of the Numbers app in this case. Does anyone know of an app that I could use on the iPad maybe please?

Sounds like you need more than a simple calendar. Perhaps a spreadsheet to sort the data and create a graph ? Or if you are more familiar, a database programme.

Thanks for you ur answer. I was hoping someone may know of an app to suit my purpose but I will look for spreadsheets thanks.
