Restart Request Windows 10

I keep getting a pop up windows message that says "restart required to finish installation" but I have not installed any new software. I have done a full system scan with Norton without problems.
How do I find out what program I am "installing"?

It has been downloaded on to your computer by automatic updates check your update file and you should see it there . You can roll it back to Windows 7 if you wish .

It sounds like a virus could be causing this...try running 'mailwarebytes free version' or / and skybot search and destroy
