- Open up your file explorer
- Right Click the document
- Click Delete
1. hover mouse over doc
2. right click mouse
3. scroll down menu
4. press on delete

voila
or...
1. Open File Explorer
2. Click on document
3. Press Delete on the keyboard
or:

'drag' and 'drop' it in to the 'trash' bin
If something is stopping you doing that you can always highlight all the text, press DELETE and then save a blank document
