I am pretty certain I used to be able to find a way to contact the eBay online chat service and even by phone (code number displayed for the telephone touch pad) without matching to a specific query in their robotic/narrow "Contact us" subject listings whereby one must have a specific query/complaint about a specific transaction that is only a few weeks old. Now I cannot find a way - does anyone know of one (step-by-step guide please) ?
