i have just managed to open a email account with outlook .next day it wont appear on screen it says internet explorer not surporting it need to down load new internet explorer. im getting this on lots of web pages

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You've not told us which version of Internet Explorer you're using but, anyway, I have to ask why on earth you're using (the totally dire) Internet Explorer anyway? Hardly anybody here does, with Chrome and (my own preference) Firefox both being about a zillion squared times better.
Download and install Firefox and you'll then be able to access Outlook.com without any problems:

if you do decide to switch to another browser as Buenchico suggests, it's worth keeping IE on your computer as a backup. Just once in a while, you'll find a website that will appear properly on one but not the other (soemtimes the people who set these sites up don't configure them for all browsers).
Failing that, perhaps you do need to update IE if you've had the version you've got for a long time.

I agree with Buenchico....You should avoid using Internet Explorer. My opinion is that it's absolute rubbish and continually has incompatibility problems with Answerbank.
If you wish to continue using IE then I think you should be using version 11.
No need to try and remove IE from your equipment because you will fail and only revert to a previous edition of the dreadful Browser. Get Firefox and enjoy life.
