My posts on a pc have a picture of lion but on my Android tablet it does not appear any suggestions please. BTW I am using the mobile site on the tablet but other posters have their picture with the posts.

Do you mean your avatar works on a pc but not on the tablet? If so you may need to log in to gravatar on your tablet to get your avatar up and running. Then sign in on it with WordPress

I was replying to catsrcool's post, Togo.
He seems to be under the impression that the avatar appears when he is on a PC but not on his Android. It looks to me as if the avatar is either no longer activated on his AB profile or he has changed his email address

Perhaps he is using different email addresses on the two systems f-f.

I don't know whether logging in on the tablet with perhaps a different email address than the one that was registered with gravatar would delete his avatar, I suppose it is possible if the recognition is cookie based.

It's all a matter catsrcool of whether you are using the same e/mail address in AB for both PC and Tablet. If you are, there is then the question of whether you have activated the Avatar in the Tablet.?

We log into AB using a username and password though rather than an email address, Togo. I think we can only register one email address for AB on our AB profile, regardless of which device we use to access AB. That email address has to be the same as the one used on WordPress. I'm puzzled as to how catsrcool can still his on a PC

@Togo...I acknowledge that you mentioned about different e/mail addresses. However, I am now asking the question of whether catsrcool has actually activated his Avatar on his Tablet.

First of all thanks for the help I have now sorted it out on both the mobile and desktop versions. Sorry for the delay in replying but this is the first time I have been able to access the site since yesterday (to busy with SWMBO) :-)
