E-commerce and worldwide postage rates

Hi - I'm using PayPal to take payments for a CD I'm selling. There's only one product for sale on the website and I've got the link to PayPal so people can pay. Thing is, I want to be able to give customers the option to pay different postage rates depending on where they live. I'm selling from the UK and postage rates range from 64p-�7.28. Clearly I don't want a one-off price as some will pay too much and others not enough. I can't calculate where this CD will sell yet so I can't gamble on offers.
I'm thinking I have to get a third party e-commerce solution to do this calculation.
I've used Dreamweaver 4 for mac to make the site if that helps.
Any ideas much appreciated!!

You could have the user enter their location/address, (and class of postage), click submit and then the next page will have the paypal button.
This 2nd page can receive the address sent from the first, detect what country/postage type it is and display the correct paypal button. Sort of like this:
