Spillage on a laptop

Last night I spilt a small amount (literally a splash) of beer on the keyboard of my laptop. The liquid only touched the side of the keyboard and I immediately soaked it up with a piece of tissue. However come this morning the entire keyboard aside from a few keys is not working...any idea on how to fix it? Thanks.

Search Google on how to clean a dirty keyboard. There will be loads of sites to help. I would post a link, but they allways fail. Other than that, a new keyboard. Sorry.

Try to get your hands on a spray can of 'Electronic Contact Cleaner' such as that from Archer - I got mine from Tandy a long time ago. Squirt it through any gaps preferably in the same direction and towards an edge.
