Unable To Print From Android Tablet To The Cloud

I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 tablet and a HP Envy 5640 printer and I can print to the cloud.

My sister has just got the same one and although we set it up we cannot get it to print to the cloud. I went into www.google.com/cloudprint/#printers & it shows 2 entries:

ENVY 5640 eALL-in-OnePrinter owned by me which if I click details says Printer is online and ready to print and Advanced says HP eprinter registered.

The second line shown is SAVE TO GOOGLE DRIVE

When I clicked show Print Jobs the 2 we tried to print are there but have a PDF symbol on the left hand side and status of Printed.

I just tried another print and when I press the cloud Printer symbol it does NO ITEMS and on the bottom line it shows a PDF symbol with the heading of the print I want.


I don't understand why they are PDF and don't know what to do. Help needed please.
