italian tv on satellite

i have an analogue satellite system which is programmed into eutelsat at 13 degrees, rai uno etc and other italian channels have now stopped on analogue and gone to digital. Can i get just a second hand digi box and connect that to the existing dish or do i have to get a complete new system ?
