What iss the matter with Answerbank today

Settings,Storage, SD card ALL tracks showing but get message NO ITEMS

not sure on this one - but how are you trying to access your music, are you using an app?

I'm stuck on this. If Answerbank will allow me to type explanation. I have inserted a used SD Card containing my entire music library which the phone has accepted. When I open Settings & go to Storage I can see all my music tracks under removable storage, SD Card but do not know how to play the tracks. Every track I click on I get the message ''NO ITEMS ''

rather than click on the items in the storage, in your phone under the apps you should have a music player of some king - probably google play music will be there automatically but you can download your own and in there you should be able to see your files, select, make play lists etc

In the end I have had to re-format the SD card & now have to transfer my music library over which does not appear to be an easy task. As I have music Files on my ipad I am shelving the idea for the time being.

It would appear that I need to download Google Play & although I decline to accept Pay Terms I can access their free service IF I give my Credit Card details ( they say this will not be charged but I am of a suspicious nature hence my reluctance ) What is your opinion ?
