Latest Book/ Ebook Purchase?

I've just bought George Orwells .. Down and out in Paris & London. It's available as an eBook, but I bought the book, it's pages are dry & yellowing, first published in 1933. I'm enjoying reading all he experienced.

Just googled that murray, he's an inspector this Rebus? Looks like there's a few books, how many have you read?

every one I think..he is an Edinburgh writer and all the books are set in and around Edinburgh.....

the tv series always was interesting..took you to all the dodgy bits of Edinburgh as well as the touristy places !

There's a Manchester author (Bill Rogers) ... Very similar thing, DCI Tom Caton, with lots of areas of Manchester mentioned.

"down & out" has been a long-time favourite, last book bought 'The Quarry' - Iain Banks. A excellent curtain call.
