Hi any bright ideas for a seperate player for amazon prime music I dont want to use my phone or kindle as my husband and I would both like to usethe deviceat different times. Many thanks x

How and where do you want to use the new player?

eg portable device that needs earphones; stand alone device with speakers for your living room or something else.

I have the Amazon Music app on my smart phone.
Or can play on my TV with the Fire Stick (£25).

Portable device with earphones is what we would like all i can think of is some ipod thinggy?!

If you can download the music to your pc you can transfer them to any mp3 player (ipod thingy).

I am confused as to why you don't want to use your phone or kindle. Surely you and your husband can both log on your own devices?

That's actually quite a tricky thing to find - essentially you need a portable, wifi, device that you can run the Amazon Music Player app on.

I think the easiset/cheapest solution is to buy a no-frills, sim-free, android phone and just connect it to your wifi - there are plenty listed on amazon at around £40 - £50 but I'm reluctant to recommend one without any chance to listen to it.

My husband wants to use it in his workshop(personal not buisness)and if he cant sleep he listens to it at night.
I would listen to it while doing odd jobs round the house.
So ear phones would be good..dont want
to useour phones but a thid one justfor the music might be a solution.
