Hi good AB'ers , need an easy way to combine two different tv aerials - leads, receiving tv from two different tv transmitters? Thanks good AB'ers GL.

You could try connecting them together using something like this:-

Or splice them using solder or connecting block.
It is possible that connecting the aerials together will result in the degradation of the signal from one or both of the antennas – but it’s worth a try as a cheep solution. No damage will occur as a result of directly joining the aerial signals.
Otherwise something like this might suffice – having separate inputs:-
