If in doubt, go to the web site in question by typing the address into the address bar - do NOT click on the link :)

N.M. I agree totally with your post & hope the very elderly on here are taking heed of this warning, if it's FREE, Is it???? If you have given your bank your details by going into the bank, they will nevre contact you by EMAIL, that includes the ones you mention, If in doubt CONTACT your Bank or whoever holds your details by phone, have a Scam FREE Xmas, well I really hope you do, if in doubt ask your AB Friends, it's quicker than a phone call.

Seller is able to present proof of delivery of a physical item/service.
Appeal a Denied Claim
If your A-to-z Guarantee claim was denied, you can appeal the judgment. To make an appeal just reply to our claim denied e-mail received from Amazon Pay.
How to Withdraw a Claim?
If you reached a resolution with the seller, you can remove your claim. To do so, just reply to our initial claim confirmation email received from Amazon Pay.
