Why Cant I Open Youtube? I´m Using Firefox, My Usual Browser

this was never an issue before now. but it is now. do i need to download specific software?

How long has it been like that Piggy? Is it just a temporary server problem that will clear. Be very wary about downloading any sites that offer to speed up youtube, they will only make it worse and pester you with pop ups and "offers". You could try clearing your cache and re-signing in. The one thing you could do is ensure you have the latest Adobe flash player installed. You should not require any of the other garbage that is peddled on the web. This site may help.

What do you mean by 'can't open Youtube'? Is it that you just see a blank box where the video should be?
If so, go to your list of installed programs and uninstall any references to 'Adobe Flash'. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER. Then go here:

Deselect the optional offers and follow the installation procedure.
(Once the file has downloaded you need to go to it, by clicking on the 'Downloads' button next to the 'Home' symbol at the top right of your screen, and double-click on it to run it).
