When Pics Or Docs Are Clicked On,why Is It Not Possible To Save Them Again

When a picture or document is clicked on,, in the relative file on my computer.
It opens in A editing suite, after altering the picture etc,It then tells me I cannot save it.
Anybody knew answer to solve this problem on Windows10.

Not too sure what you mean by 'A editing suite', can you advise what program your are using to open the files?

I've no idea what you means by "in the relative file on my computer", but the most likely reason that you can't save a document is that either it is marked as read-only, or it is in a read-only folder.
If that is the case, you should be able to save it by choosing "save as" rather than "save" and selecting a different name and/or folder.

e-mail attachments are usually marked automatically as read only, unless you save them before opening.

I don't know what editing suite you've got but have you tried opening that first, then opening the picture from there? At present I suspect it's being called up in a read-only programme in the suite.
