Earphones
Whilst watching I player with earphones I lost sound. A message popped up to say audio disconnected. The earphones however were still plugged in. I have been to device manager and although I cannot see the earphones listed It tells me that the computer is ok for audio. It may be coincidence but in trying to see if my earphones are at fault I have tried to listen to U-tube and bbc news clips and they don't play not just audio but do not start. Any ideas.
I am using Windows 10.
