I want it keeping at 1000 but they keep changing without my permission. Trying to get through on the phone is almost impossible. Also, they have told me that they are going to charge me a sum every year. I reckon that is because I only use it to pay for holidays and then I pay it off at the end of the month. I am not making any money for them.
Capital One. I had a query I needed to speak to a human about, and no longer had my bank card. I could not, therefore, enter the number of my card etc and was just stuck in an endless loop with the automated voice telling me to enter the number again as 'the number you have entered has not been recognised'.
Halifax credit card for ringing out! They ring and ring all weekend for no reason. Silly automated computer thing, they call me, speak to me and realise they had no reason to call me (as they don't see our account on the screen until we answer apparently)..then i get the same call 3 hours later. They don't care, their staff are all temps/students and have targets to meet based on how many calls they make.
