Address To Mail Merge

I am an Apple MAC user.
Is there an easy way to transfer a list of addressees from my apple address book to my BT Mail contacts folder.
Any and all assistance will be gratefully received.

I haven't touched a Mac since I did my journalism course about 20 years ago and I don't use BT Mail but I'll have a go anyway . . .

Export your contacts to a vCard (.vcf) file:

Then import the contents of the .vcf file into BT Mail:
