Computer Issue Last Year

Last year, i some issues with my laptop and I asked for advice on here. A few lovely people have contacted the company who i bought the lappy off with regards to the original post. I have just received the following email from itech plaza, the company i bought it from and would like to say i had nothing but first class service from them with both fixing the machine and their communications before, during and after the sale.

If any mods can remove the post in question, i would be a happy bunny.

We have been contacted by potential customers who have pointed us to a
law forum regarding a Asus product you purchased. We have viewed the
forum and believe it to be untrue, as the item was serviced under a 1
Year warranty. Here is the link:
