Can't Send Texts

My Huawei Ascend G7 has stopped sending texts. It askes me to rescend but when i try nothing happens. I have enough credit. Any solution to my problem please.

Your phone might well have lost the number it needs to send SMS data to.

Try this:

Swipe left

Select 'Messaging'

Select 'Menu'

Select 'Settings'

Select 'Advanced'

Select 'SMS centre no.'

Enter the number for your phone operator's SMS service (or check that it's already correctly entered), using the list here:

(Scroll down to 'UK SMS Service Centre Numbers')

Select 'OK'. (It's marked with a tick)

Call your service provider's Customer Services and they may be able to send a data text to sort your mobile up correctly.

(I assume you have a good radio signal.)
