Feel Let Down

When I was made redundant 3 years ago I was left in debt. But i have been dealing with it and I am paying it off happily.

My review is due and I decided to get in touch with the Creditors to get up to date Statements. I have been in touch with all 4 on Monday and 3 have gotten back to me and one has sent me such statement yet 1 clearly cannot be bothered to make the effort it would seem, not even an acknowledgement email .

Do I become a pain in the neck about it and pester them to give me what I need or do I put up with poor service and mention it to StepChange when I do my review on Monday - should I give them until then and see if they get in touch. I understand that they must be busy but even a message to say we have received your message and will be in contact soon would have been ok. I mean I am doing my bit and I feel I should know how things are progressing. I am making the effort here.

It does, I've been cooking since 11 this morning and dealing with writing up my review. Managed to make Steak Pie, Chicken Casserole, Chilli and I am about to start the Meatballs :)

Sorted! will have a statement in 1-5 working days and she gave me a note of the current balance so I can put that in.

Just to decide to I phone the DWP and say I'll be increasing their payment too or do I wait as that doesn't go through any one just me.

I've been a busy bee Minty...just about to parcel up Tinks Parcel and a few other things to go in the mail.

Lol...lucky if they were on holiday Zacs! Having said that 2 months and I shall be in Spain.

It has a footnote on my Review Minty under other expenses, so I think I'll tell them but after I have done my review.

Of course Hans :) i think I made too many meatballs - meant to make 18-20 I have 30 haha

I'm looking at 11 years but I'd like to have it a little less like maybe 9 or 9 and a half at least

Its perfectly ok Hans - I do not mind.

Not too bad, still trying to get my sugars back into line, but I am working on it.
Had laser on my eye last week and all is good there and finally got an appointment with the General Surgeon for the pain in my groin, but other than that I am dandy :)
