I'm not sure if it's relevant but we get TV, mainline phone and internet from Virgin Media. For about a week now we haven't had any On Demand and Catch-up TV. The pages are all there but there are no programmes listed on any of them. We phoned Virgin and a very unhelpful chap said it was nothing to do with them and that was that! Have any of you clever people any idea what might have gone wrong and better still, how we can put it right. I use Catch-up a lot and I miss it!

Get back on to them - I find I get a quick response if I post on their forum and twitter, too. They don't like negative publicity. It's their box and you are not getting the service you are paying for. Try and get the new V6 box as it a replacement - it is far superior to the Tivo

Have you tried rebooting the box? If that doesn't work you have no choice but to phone them again
... and to think we live in a developed World.
