I found the same problem as before, no out going e-mails, happening again this morning so on IT savvy granddaughters advice I have installed eM Client . The ongoing problems were just too much, she had similar problems repeating on mail 2012 and changed to eM Client and has had no problems since.

Not Sure What I'm Looking For........
