i have just acquired a technics double cassette player model RS-X102 but it doesn't have a power cable. can anyone suggest where i could get one? thanks in advance.

It depends which version of the RS-X102 you have.
Some have a fixed mains cord (which should obviously still be present)

Some may have a conventional mains input (figure of 8 or three pin) - but I can't find any pictorial evidence of this
but most are designed to take a low voltage input from the matching amplifier
