Have A Htc Desire 626 Phone

Have a HTC desire 626 phone and bought a new battery for it. Watched a You Tube video of how to put it in, followed the instructions but all it does now is flash. Have rebooted, reset, set it to factory settings etc. It states that it must be powered off before the battery is removed, now I cannot remember whether I did this. Have I messed it up now or is there a solution to my problem. Thanks guys.

You might need to phone HTC UK Support on 0845 890 0079. However they're only there from 0900 to 1800, Mondays to Fridays, so (given that Monday is a bank holiday) you might have to wait until Tuesday.
