Definition of HGVA

Please can someone le me know what HGVA stands for. It appears to be something to do with screens. Could it be high grade video array?

It looks as if your abbreviation has got mixed up! If it's to do with monitors, it should be HVGA (Half Video Graphics Array) and not HGVA:

Unfortunately, this answer take me to HVGA, not HGVA. It is an abrevation in a quiz and my searching on google suggests that it something to do with graphics.

Could be as simple as:

HGVa Heavy Goods Vehicle � articulated

The clue is all capitals, and in the reference to transport the A is a small a, so we do not think this is anything to do with Heavy Goods vehicles.
