does anyone know if sky living is available on any other provider than sky, which i have and i hate, virgin which i cant get because we don't get cable, or talk talk which has the worse customer service reviews i have ever seen. i would love to get rid of sky, my box is forever freezing and failing to record, but they won't do anything about it unless i pay. i am not about to pay them any more than the £90 to £100 a month i pay already and i am happy to cancel my subscription. only ............. there is a programme on sky living that i have watched since it started donkeys years ago, and i want to keep watching it. can't make head nor tail of now tv, it looks like its just boxed sets from the past and not current programmes. i could be wrong of course and welcome advice from those tv experts out there.

The Sky Living channel is available on Now TV with the Entertainment Pass which costs £6.99 a month

Solution ::::::: cancel your Sky subscription immediately !

Your Sky dish will still work, although you will have Sky's version of Freeview. I am not sure if you will be able to get
the program that you like, but at a saving of £100 a month, its got to be worth finding another favourite program to wtach instead !

I pay that and would not cancel it for all the tea in china unless I knew I could find all my fav programmes with another provider - which I can't because I live in the *** end of nowhere!

I had a chunter at Mr T about our Sky subscription recently. He pointed out to me that he would be spending a whole lot more if he was going to see his beloved Spurs play every week. As a consequence, I stopped chuntering. :-)

I live in the middle of no where, I can't get a tv signal so I choose to spend my money on this, I rarely go out at night.

I have everything, including sport, except Sky movies & cartoons, and only pay £58 a month, depending what my tel bill is.

I took my two sons to watch a football match a few months ago and it costs me well over £100 for all three tickets, for 1.5 hours of football.

For the same amount I can watch DOZENS of football matches over the month on sky, as well as movies, and many other programs.

A trip to the West End of London to see a show can cost £75 or more, and going to see a popular live pop/rock band can cost £100 or more.

Its all relative.

I think there is a huge difference in watching a live game at the stadium, a pop concert etc than the tv.

I pay £88 a month for Sky (no movies or sport), broadband and phone plus box sets (special deal - got a free tablet at Christmas). Considering there's 7 of us with varied viewing habits and all using the internet I think it's good value.
