Rediffusion's cable network was sold to to Maxwell Communication Corporation, which went into administration in 1991.
The administrator is extremely unlikely to have counted redundant cable distribution poles among MCC's assets, so they were probably never sold to anyone. If so, they're probably technically owned now by the Official Receiver but, if nobody has shown any interest in the pole for the past few decades, I'd reckon that you can safely remove it without there being any legal problems. (Equally though, you won't find anyone who'll pay for the removal).

I remember Rediffusion very well. It was operated by a dial on the wall labelled A,B,C,D. A was the Home Service, B the Light Programme and C Network Three. D never seemed to produce anything. When ITV first started it was not broadcast nationwide. Those with Rediffusion sets could receive it but those with aerials had to wait until new stations/transmitters were built. We didn't get it till 1959, four years later.
