I have installed BT YouView in accordance with the instructions, but I have a voiceover on programmes, as if they are speaking for the benefit of a blind person. It makes no difference whether or not I am using subtitles (I have seriously impaired hearing!), but it is annoying to be told that someone is walking across a room when I can see it perfectly well. The voiceover does not appear on the subtitles.
Please can anyone help?
