Snap Emmie. If you look at what is written on your existing power pack and it says..19.5V 4.62A 90W. You should be OK. Not wise to use a power pack with different ratings you will damage the lappie or worse overheat the power pack.
I think Maplin might sell them, as I had a similar problem with where the lead joins the black box between the laptop plug and the mains plug - laptop has to remain in one place now as the connection is so dodgy! Very pricey, though, when I enquired

there is a label over the power pack where i had it repaired a while ago, worse comes to worse will go down to pc world where i bought the laptop, and buy one from there.
Emmie those power packs are a sealed unit with a transformer and AC/DC converter built in and cannot be repaired as such. Try to remove the sticker that is on the power pack. If it is covering the original foil label that is showing the power rating. You will not damage the foil label as they are designed to be tamper proof and fairly nigh on impossible to spoil. Err unplug it if you use a damp cloth or something like. A stick label will clean up using nail polish remover and let you read the original.
Ginge that PA51 is 19.5V 3.34A 65W rated and will not suffice if Emmies laptop requires a higher rating. The original powerpack being used will have the correct rating for her laptop on it although someone has covered it up.
