I've deleted my last voicemail but there's still a voicemail alert on the top left hand side of my screen.
I've called voicemail & it says all voicemails have been deleted !
How can I get rid of the icon on the screen please

Switch it off. Properly off not sleep. Then boot it back up.

I've tried switching it off (even tried removingthe battery ) but the icon's still there.....:-(

Perhaps try leaving yourself a voicemail message using another phone, listen to it and then delete.
