I do not understand the concept if attaching an internet link to your mobile phone. Can you clarify what you wish to do ?

Are you simply trying yo use a "smart" phone to view YouTube ? If so you'd need to connect to the Net by data or by WiFi, open a browser app on the mobile, then type in the YouTube address and go there.

If you're trying to share a youtube on link on your phone to another social networking site there will be a share icon on the screen if you touch it, just click that, you get the option of which app you want to send it to and if it's to a person in say 'messenger' the list of names come up, pick the person you want to send it to and it will be shared. Your question is kind of vague
