Connected But No Internet.

I keep putting password in but keep getting message, connected but no internet. I'm on my mobile. Yet my son in the next room on pc perfectly fine. I'm on 4 g at the moment which eats up all my credit! Does anyone understand what the hell is going on? Please....

Patsy your son is probably connected to your home router. If you want your phone to connect to your router yo will need to go to settings and wifi. There you will be asked to enter your router password or code before it lets you connect.

Patsy you will need to switch off the data and credit vampire 4g before your phone will connect to your router. I think 4g is the default system if it is present and will prevent contact with your home router or wifi systems on the High St. (shops, pubs, etc.)

I did not realise till I read this post that 4g eats up credit so swiftly. I use an O2 mobile dongle. When I first bought one 2g per month were more than adequate for my needs. I now find I need 5g to cover the same period.
