Calls to my father-in-laws iphone do not ring but go straight to voicemail. I have had a look online and followed the advice of checking that it isn't in flight mode or on Do Not Disturb.
The problem started when he was using his iphone 4 but I upgraded him to an iphone 6 today and the problem is still there.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
For Vodafone, dial 121 to access the voicemail service - to retrieve messages, alter personal greeting, etc. To turn the voicemail on and off - dial 1211 to turn it on and dial 1210 to turn it off.
It will either be a phone setting that needs altering, or it will be a network issue that needs addressing. The solution to the network issue will vary, depending on what network you're on??
Thanks. Yes I saw that article and checked the issues that it mentions - do not disturb etc.
I think it must be a network issue if the same problem has carried over from the iphone 4 to 6. He is on Vodafone.
