Hello, I have deleted videos from my Samsung which I thought had uploaded to dropbox but hadn't. Is there anyway to restore these?

Your phone may have uploaded them to Google photos on the Web. Log on go Google photos on the Web with your Gmail address and see if they are there. If they are not there change your settings on the photos app on your phone to always upload photos and videos.
