Where Do I Go To Report Non Delivery Of An Online Order Not Received ?
5 Answers
Hi,
I could use the Internet to find out but having just wasted near enough 45 minutes in a call queue to Easylife Group only to be cut off when my call was answered, I'm in no mood to spend more time on this now, I need to get on with my day.
Anyone used this site ? I was e-mailed a delivery date of 10 July when I placed quite an expensive order on 2nd but haven't received it, website tracking says it's still waiting to be picked in the warehouse (!!) & no response, not even an acknowledgement, to e-mails. What do I do ? I still want the stuff but this, to me, is outrageous !

It hasn't been despatched yet TWR. It boils down to whether the aggravation is worth the effort of contacting them - if not then get a chargeback started by your credit card company. Otherwise I'd try making a nuisance of myself on the order line (0800 055 7766) or business line (0207 529 8100) rather than using the support number (0303 031 0777). The recent...

Thanks sunny-dave :)
Was the 0800 number I'd called this morning, was an option for existing orders. Have just called the 0207 number, got thru' virtually straight away. Apparently (allegedly ?) one of the items I ordered is out of stock, which held up the whole order. They've sent the rest of it today, & have given me the courier's tracking number.
Fingers crossed ...

choux, I was close to doing that (after I would've contacted Trading Standards & e-mailed as sunny-dave had suggested, then contacted the credit card company). I will be leaving a review once I receive the stuff, hopefully on Easylife's website too, & will mention that 0207 number. Leaving a scathing review on Trustpilot is something I'd do in future if I have the misfortune to have it happen again, thanks.
