Tracking A Parcel (Royal Mail) But Not Tracking Number!

So I had to return something for repair and sent it via the post office recorded delivery. 3 weeks on and the company have not received it.

Stupid me lost the chit with the tracking info on - is there anyway this can be traced? I know the date I sent it and all other info.
