My iPhone 5s keeps going straight to voicemail without ringing or vibrating. I guess I must have pushed something in settings, but I don't know what to do. I am sure some of you out there can help.

Thank you.

A few things to check Carol.
Try turning off the Cellular Roaming by Settings..Cellular..Cellular Data Option..Roaming..Voice Roaming..Off.

Make sure that iPhone’s Ring/Silent switch is OFF meaning ringer is ON.

Check that the Do Not Disturb setting is not silencing calls.

Make sure that Airplane Mode is OFF.

Make sure that your carrier software is up to date. Settings.. General.. About.

For O2 - dial 1760 and press send.
If this doesn't work, you'll probably need to alter your phone settings, or there may be other issues, such as a programme called Tugo conflicting with the voicemail.
