TCookie invalid when attempting to access Yahoo Photos

When I click on the photos link on the Yahoo web page I get the following error:

RESULT=49 - TCookie invalid
VERSION=2.5

I'm using Microsoft XP and have recently deleted all temp cookies (as well as having frequently used Anti-Spyware from Yahoo) in IE.

Please help!
